Our Team

Wolfram Chemical and Manufacturing Corporation is a founder-led industrial company. Technical direction today sits with a small internal team responsible for project definition, configuration, techno-economic work, and sponsor-side execution.

We are now building a small core of people who have delivered energy projects at scale — operators, commercial leads, and technical support — rather than standing up a large organization ahead of the work.

Operating model

Internal leadership stays focused on asset strategy, technical integration, capital formation, and long-term site development. Execution support comes from established technology licensors, engineering firms, contractors, and advisors as each phase requires it.

How the team will grow

Headcount follows project milestones. Seed financing is intended to fund this first core group and the work to harden the FEL-1 package. Construction and operations hiring come later, tied to a real execution path.
